I have loved Vibhu’s yoga sessions having just completed her 21 Days of Yoga challenge. She has made yoga feel accessible to me again as a busy working mum. I’ve learnt yoga can fit into my life easily, and her approach has reminded me of all the benefits to my mind and body by making it a ‘bite size’ priority. Vibhu’s online classes have allowed me to connect with my body and I am finally able to listen to it again.
I couldn’t recommend Vibhu higher.
