During my pregnancy, I managed to do one full yoga practice a week using Vibhu’s tutorials & also do a mini 5 min yoga, which I have told myself is non-negotiable every night before bed as per the videos. I have to say, in my first pregnancy I was waddling and had such bad pelvic pain and PGP by now, but honestly using Vibhu’s techniques have saved me the agony this time around with my second! This was the best yoga course I could have gone for! Also, I have taken on board doing a regular self-foot massage from Vibhu’s video recommendation. Thank you so much!
