Mindful
Yoga flow & Breathwork

Mindful Flow is inspired by Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with breath in a fluid, flowing sequence, but with a stronger emphasis on becoming fully aware, savoring each moment, and exploring the quiet stillness between the postures.
We will begin by checking in with ourselves, becoming present, and tuning into what is there without judgment. The class will end with a soothing pranayama (breathwork) and Savasana.
This practice is perfect for beginners to flow at a mindful pace and equally for more experienced yogis looking to slow down their practice and de-stress.

Pregnancy & Birth

Pregnancy yoga classes are suitable from 13 weeks to full term.
Inspired by hypnobirthing and rooted in yoga therapy practices, these classes are designed to manage pregnancy aches and pains, helping you build strength from the inside out and promoting a happier, healthier you throughout each stage of pregnancy. Consistent practice aids optimal positioning of the baby for easier labor.
You will learn various birth positions through engaging yoga asanas (poses) and explore breathwork techniques to relieve stress, navigate pain, and prepare for a calmer birth.

Ideal for beginners, these sessions offer immediate feedback and a strong foundation in pose alignment. You can also join me for a personalised one-on-one pregnancy or postnatal yoga class.  All classes are tailored to suit your needs. This approach ensures a safe and enriching yoga experience, addressing individual requirements.
