Today’s class is focussed on the first 2 Chakra’s Muladhara (Root chakra) and Svadhisthana chakra (The sacral chakra). Both of these reside at the base of the spine. Root chakra is at the coccyx and Sacral is at the pelvic region. Bringing these chakras into balance means you feel more grounded, centred, balanced, joyful and ready to experience more pleasure physically and emotionally.
